The founder, Steven Holzman, is a lawyer with multi-years of experience and understands the needs of the industry.  Over the last 10 years GLR has actively worked with many leading international law firms and Fortune 500 corporations to develop plans to enhance their human legal resources and their bottom lines.

GLR was originally founded to center on the ever-growing need for U.S. attorneys in emerging markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Tokyo, Dubai and Sao Palo. GLR found great success immediately and developed strong relationships along the way.

Due to increased demand from clients, the company expanded its efforts domestically and began working tirelessly in major US markets including Washington, D.C., New York, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Northern and Southern California, and Texas. In the past several years, GLR has counseled numerous partners and associates through the recruiting process. With strong contacts at top law firms around the globe, GLR has consistently guided and assisted its clients in developing their individual compensation structures and recruiting programs.
